CAN A CACHE QUALIFICATION HELP ME FIND A JOB AS A TEACHING ASSISTANT?
If you are looking to become a teaching assistant in an Early learning centre then a Cache level 3 course is the ideal qualification for you. This particular course does not require a placement within an educational setting and allows you to study on your own from home.
The NCFE CACHE level 3 Award in Childcare and Education RQF is a one year course and offers learners the opportunity to gain an industry recognised NCFE accredited certificate. This particular qualification has been accredited by the qualifications regulators for England, Wales and Northern Ireland – part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
This course provides you with the knowledge and understanding required to work in a range of settings with children. You will learn how children develop and the role you can play in supporting their learning, development and well-being. This course will also give you the confidence to understand a range of issues in childcare and how they affect children, including health and safety, and equality.
Once you have completed this qualification, you will have the option to progress onto our NCFE CACHE level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce – Early Years Educator (RQF) course and become a fully qualified Early Years Educator.
